Returns and refunds -We work hard to ensure all items are made to quality and packaged with love and care to ensure they get to you safely. With that being said we are not responsible for any packages that have been sent out. If you happen to accidently order the wrong item or quantity you can email me with the corrections that need to be made and I can issue an exchange or store credit of the value of your items. You have 7 days from the date your package has been DELIVERED to request an exchange or refund.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. These are made to order items and are inspected before they are sent out to ensure they are quality.
You'll receive a tracking number via email and notification for when your package has been delivered. Packages that are lost or stolen yet are showing "DELIVERED" successfully will not be refunded.
