Non-Refundable: All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. These are made to order items and are inspected before they are sent out to ensure they are quality.

You'll receive a tracking number via email and notification for when your package has been delivered. Packages that are lost or stolen yet are showing "DELIVERED" successfully will not be refunded.
