Get to share your thoughts and pick my brain on your most pressing self & wellness issues. During the call I'll share some tangible tips and resources available. If you decide to proceed to book further coaching I will apply the funds towards the balance of your coaching package.

Cancellation Policy

Things happen. If you're needing to cancel after the 24 hour window has elapsed send me a direct message or email to reschedule. There will be an additional $75 cancelation fee charged for all cancelations with less than 24 hour notice.
